We had a very warm and
lovely day today and the snow is quickly vanishing (there is plenty, so even
though it is going away, it is not by far gone). When I took the dogs out for a
walk in the morning, there was some wind but for the first time this spring,
the wind did not carry this cold bite with it, but felt almost warm... almost. And
we saw a swan couple in the field nearby, I have seen the couple every spring around
this time for a few years now. It seems that they rest there for some time
before the last stretch. What a happy sight!
Thank you for reading
and commenting. The thumb gusset did have increases only on the other side.
I wanted you to show
this: an illustration by Tove Jansson. It is a card my daughter sent me some
time ago... It does not look like she is frogging ...
A new cowl (same as
previous, with the same Tulip stitch pattern from a book called 200 crochet
stitches by Sarah Hazell)
A new swatch for a new
cowl with linen yarn
And sock yarn
All good.
Wool with you,
Lene
