We seem to have settled into some kind of routine now even though life is very unpredictable with epilepsy. Routine is always good. I am slowly getting back into my (crafting) life too, but more than that I have enjoyed the warm and sunny days up here and I wanted you to see how Ruusu has become quite a swimmer. As you might remember, Tina loves swimming and she has managed to pass the joys of warm water to Ruusu as well.
Hope you are well and wool, as always,
Lene

Thankyou for that lovely little piece of video. She swims with her head low in the water like dogs do when they are efficient swimmers, and really like to do it.

Adorable! I love her build--like a corgi but not as extreme. Your lake looks beautiful. When it is summer, does it warm up enough for you to swim quite a bit as well?
ReplyDeleteWishing you and your family better times ahead.
I am sending love and prayers your way for you and your daughter.
ReplyDeleteMy family is learning to live with Epilepsy. My 15 year old girl twin. All I have been able to knit for the last 8 months is very simple socks and a couple of "Wingspans" but no lace. My mind seems to be on other things.
ReplyDeleteThoughts with you. I've appreciated your writing and creative vision, and am sorry adversity has come to you.
ReplyDeleteGlad to read a post from you - your dogs are wonderful they seem to love the water. Enjoy the rest of your summer, I hope things are improving.
ReplyDeleteGod bless

Dear Lene, I hope you are enjoying what we have left of summer as it winds down into fall. I have been looking at some of your old posts, just for the pleasure of living with your creations for a few moments in a busy day. Much love to you and yours, animal and human.
ReplyDeleteLene, thanks again for your sharing...your wonderful posts and your terrific drawings. I hope they are a comfort to you as they are to me.
ReplyDeleteThanks for sharing this short video. You are absolutely a lovable person. Wishing you and your family the best time ahead.
ReplyDeleteI like the wool blanket, it´s very warm when it´s raining out.
ReplyDeleteI think wool is wonderful, soft, warm, lovely, traditional, natural.
