The sun rose
at 1106 and set at 1320. The length of the day was 2 hours and 14 minutes. Cloudy
mostly, but there was a hint of sun behind the clouds. Warm, but no wind, so
the day was good for outdoors.

plenty to think about. And yes, the beginning in the red/grey mitten is tubular cast-on.
Today I continued a bit with embroidery. It should resemble a mistletoe ;-).
This is just a sketch, I did not mark the background, neither did I draw it on
paper beforehand, so the design needs some work. And this embroidery does not belong to this mitten, but since I am not making pairs for these, I can
use both for experimenting and trying out different ideas. The red/grey mitten is
blocked but the grey/white one would benefit from good wet blocking.
Maybe I
should do a pair of Christmas mittens - for next year...
